Prosthetic Leg Authorization Taking Extremely Long

A family member recently(in May) had her leg amputated. We have been struggling to get Authorization for her Prosthetic Leg. Met with excuse after excuse and shifting blame onto other parties. Communication is non-existent and we, the client, are kept out of the loop and in the dark. We would like someone to inform us and speed this process up.
