PROOF OF PREVIOUS MEDICAL AIDS, YET STILL BEING CHARGED LATE JOINER FEE.

I have app**** to join Bonitas last year. (in Dec 2024). They messed up my application. lost my forms and didn't register me. I had been emailing them weekly to get myself registered. In January of this year, when I threathened to go to HEllO PETER, the support at Bonitas sent a digital card at midnight of the same day, with all the incorrect information, my card was invalid, my start date was incorrect etc. When i queried this with countless emails... I still received no response. after 3 months, they decided to cancel the membership and open a whole new one. This time i had to provide proof again about my previous medical aids (hoping they dont lose these documents AGAIN)...Now after providing proof, some of the previous medical aids have dissolved, companies closed down, my ex husband is late...and all i could recall was the name of the companies he worked for 37 years ago. Even after providing all these, Bonitas wants to still charge me a late joiner fee...yet, They have ALL proof that i was on several medical aids from 1986 to 2014... They re being ridiculous and just want to rip people off.
