Promise Not Delivered

after writing a complain last week Hello Peter Bonita's consultant(Lammie Mphetwe) contacted me, to say that she has been instructed to call and tell me that my membership was active. when I asked her about Bonita's incorrectly debiting my account and causing for to have unpaid debit, she then said Bonita's will refund me my money. Of which will reflect on my account on Saturday morning(16/01/2016), but nothing has come through.<br> when I called the Consultant yesterday(18/01/2016) she seems to not pick up her phone. The fault was made on their side by incorrectly debiting me but no one seems to be taking accountability. Hello Peter please help as am fed-up with this medical scheme.
