Professional Uselessness
I cancelled myself and my wife's medical policy beginning April 2018... Ever since, you have the audacity to deduct the amount (R3850) every single month!!! I have mailed you month-after-month, with no luck! I have to physically go into the bank myself every month to reverse the payments - who is responsible for the reversal & travel fees? Obviously me, because you give a ****.
