<p>I am desperately trying to register for the wellness extender benefit. Dischem Sunnignhill is absolutely useless and its taking me all this time to get the right account out of them. Each time I send Bonitas information I get feedback that my claim is rejected and no matter how many times I explain that I want to register for the benefit and that I am NOT claiming my query is closed. When I did phone I nearly had a stroke trying to explain to the agent how to read a receipt only to find out that I did not even have the right paperwork to begin with. So I'm going in circles trying to mediate between Bonitas and Dischem and my actual job is suffering. </p>
