Primary select option
I am a Bonitas Primary Select member. My dependant has 4 impacted teeth. DENIS declined authorisation for the surgical extraction saying it is not a benefit on the option. When I enquired with DENIS and Bonitas which option covers the extractions they told me all the options only cover extractions in case of emergencies only. I am currently looking for a new medical aid please send suggestions. Otherwise my dependent will have to live with painful teeth forever whilst I pay for medical aid every month. Quite disappointing.
