Prescribed Minimum Benefits - Not with Bonitas!
My son was admitted to hospital - he was then diagnosed with a condition on the PMB list and had to get surgery (please note - this treatment he got was the recommended treatment). I used a Designated Service Provider and everything. Now I am being left with a stiff Co-Payment for this treatment/surgery! I am so disgusted with Bonitas! The related accounts weren't even paid in full (as they are supposed to). I will be taking this matter further to the Council of Medical Schemes!
