Prejudiced,Disregard for human life

As if it is not enough to take 2 months to process my application they are subjecting me to unfair waiting period. Today i am being subjected to another waiting period stating that my membership will only commence in October with membership no ***.<br> They are depriving me the health right for something that is not my fault.<br> I submitted all the documents they needed on the 10th of April 2015 but they only started looking at them on the 27th May because I phoned and complained.<br> I strongly feel that they are being prejudice because I know for sure that if I were a different race the matter would be treated with RESPECT and URGENCY.<br> They didn't even call me to explain what is going on because a black person's health doesn't matter to them<br> <br> <br>
