Pregnancy auth and hoops not helping clients
Signed up in December 2022 answered all the questions honestly and truthfully. Found out in February that I was pregnant even while on contraceptive. Now I have been struggling to get authorisation for my delivery since April 2023 with 2 weeks left before my baby is due I am still no closer to getting anywhere. They covered hospitalisation during my pregnancy for diabetes and now that baby is due now they have stories even after I have sent all the documents they requested to show it was not planned and we were not aware at time of sign up don't even get me started on the feedback and them coming back to you because that is non existant. I honestly don't know what we are paying for.
