precribe medication decline (generic)

I went on 2 psychiatrist who has prescribed Topamx and the other one Toplep/Topirimate. I have bipolar mood disorder and the medication side effects is obesity and loss of memory . I have picked up a lot of weight due to medication, my doctor prescribe Topamax/Toplep/Topiramate to fight weightless. Bonitas decide to reject the medication for the 2nd time they said I must opt for a less costly medication. It seems as if the Account decides which medication is best for patients not the Scientist I'm surprised when I was on Boncap(Member No: ***) Topiramate was approved by the same scheme and now that I moved to a better option its rejected. I'm the one who is swallowing this medication and the Doctor is highly qualified he consult with me he knows my what I'm experiencing. I'm highly disappointed with this medical aid it seems as if they don't care. They reject most of my claims I don't have faith in this medical aid. They now stop dispensing centrum they r dispensing a vitamin that I never heard of due to cost but their tariffs are increasing over 10% while other medical aids its 8%
