Pre authorization results to loosing my baby

Bonita’s Bon cap is a night mare I myt just loose my unborn baby all because of their insensitive procedures. I have been on a call for more than an hour using airtime ofcoz where I get transferred from one angent to another collecting the same information I gave the previous one. I give up honestly and am only giving up only because I might just loose my baby. Thank you so much .
