PPN Optometry
PPN is the SP for Optometry - However they have no sense of urgency - a claim for lenses was submitted two weeks ago - and i was advised this morning the process will take up to another 4 weeks - to pay a claim from MY OWN savings! this is not on - i would suggest Bonitas goes back to administering their own optical claims as i have never had this issue before.
