PPN

PPN.

So Bonitas decided to change from Isoleso to PPN and to take away contact lens benefit. My 7 year old son only has 20% in his left eye with out the contact lens. With it in, it has improved to above 50%. Now PPN has declined our claim for contact lenses as they recon he does not need it. That after our optometrist and eye specialist motivated it as a clinical condition. So please tell me Bonitas, we pay close to R10 000 a month for our medical aid and you are taking away benefits that was in place when we signed with you. And for the record we have been with Bonitas for 8 years and my son was diagnosed last year. This year you change the benefit?
