Poorest medical aid provider in SA

It's 2 weeks later, my query is still not resolved, and I am still receiving copy-and-paste responses via email from Bonitas.

I'd really like to be a part of the voting board to vote Bonita's as poorest medical aid provider in South Africa.

The consultant who I spoke to before taking up this medical aid promised me the world on a silver platter. When it's time for medical care, it's no sorry, you should suffer of illness and pain and stress. We just wanted your money, we don't care about your medical well-being.

I specifically spoke to someone and asked them to explain the options I am looking at and ask a coup;e of questions to gauge which option I should choose. All they do is reject all my claims and when I query it, they provide copy and paste answers. They are not investigating nor attempting to resolve my complaint.
