Poor underwriting

Pathetic new business since Agile took over the underwriting process.

You can't phone in to the call center to speak to somebody for the application. Im a broker that has been struggling with on boarding a new client for 2 months now.

When sending emails ***ue responses are sending back. Requested for Team leader to phone back yet nothing. Im at my wits end with this application. Can someone from new business phone me
