Poor service on the web site and response

I tried to sort this out in Bonitas to no avail. I went through a great deal of work to provide screen shots but this seems to have been ignored. I have asked for a list for gastroentorolgy within 150km. Result nil. There are a whole range of specialty groups. Bonitas should provide a list of hospitals and specialists that have signed up to Bonitas and not expect the members to search for them and then ask the members to enquire enquire from the specialist if they subscribe to Bonitas. Also the email at the bottom of their response that they supposedly were responding to had nothing to do with me. POPIA? Why can I not speak to a person?
