Poor service levels
It's been some time since I have heard from the relevant department for the the approval of a Medtronic Insulin Pump although I have submitted the required documentation from the doctor since beginning of April. Although I've been following up with them, I am being sent from pillar to post as the agents lacks basic training to do their jobs in the relevant medical sections.I have now sent an email to the CEO and will await his reponse.
