Poor Service From Bonitas & Pharmacy Direct

I used to be on the Liberty Medical Aid now transferred to Bonitas with effect from 01/01/2017. Chronic medication delivery was a problem when Liberty used Pharmacy Direct and is now still a problem with Bonitas using Pharmacy Direct. To day is the 27/02/2017 and my Mum's chronic medication that is for just 28 days has still not been sent despite my calls to Bonitas and Pharmacy Direct. Without fail my account is debited for the medical aid monthly payments and Pharmacy Direct has claimed the chronic bill on 18/02/2017 and Bonitas paid on 23/02/2017, however, I have not as yet on 27/02/2017 received the medication. Further, Pharmacy diect has informed me that the medication was despatched on 23/02/2017. Can insulin be kept for that many days on ice packs? Is this Pharmacy going to deliver toxic insulin to me? Is this the **** service I am paying for or am I dealing with *******?

Today is 08/03/2017. To date, I have no satisfaction with this medical aid and Pharmacy Direct. The chronic medication finally delivered on 28/02/2017 by Pharmacy Direct was incorrect with respect to the insulin. Pharmacy Direct corrects this by sending a future claim of the chronic script. The insulin despatch date on the container says 01/03/2017 and the medication was delivered on the morning of 07/03/2017. One box of the insulin was in a state of wetness and opened. clearly, this pharmacy is useless. Besides stressing an old diabetic (my mother), this Pharmacy and Medical aid is stressing me out with queries and follow ups that takes too much of my work time.
