poor service delivery

i should have moved from this scheme last year its one dissapointment and pathetic service after another. i sent a request before even going to spec savers for my savings to be released to settle my optometrist bill fully and glasses are ready but bonitas hasnt even started with processing my claim as per call with Junaid reference 290125qrx7r5 because the organisation cant even deal with its own internal long processes efficiently. south africa needs to move away from making these useless insurance schemes mandatory for government employees because we are constantly serviced like we are being done favours
