Poor service delivery
I am paying medical bills and claiming it back from my savings/bonus account, without any assistance from the Medical Aid. When directed to phone Iso Leso wrt eye/optometry detail, the phone just get shut down in your ear, after holding on forever.<br> It is my savings, thus why so difficult to get my hands on it.
