Poor service delivery

Pharmacy direct is offering poor delivery services. I don't receive my medication on time and I have to call them every time to follow up, each consultant as their own version of lies. I don't understand why you use them as a supplier when I can simply get my medication from a pharmacy. I am a customer at Bonitas and I believe you will sort out this problem. Pharmacy direct deals with chronic medication and I believe each and every client is important, no access of medication for a week is really ridiculous and pathetic services.
