Poor service and communication.
Bonitas is a ****... My first payment was double. Since from March I've been paying my subscription but I can't get medication over the counter. I have visited the doctor, paid cash submitted my claim for refund in July I'm still patiently waiting, which I doubt I get it. Service with this company is very poor.
