POOR SERVICE

Bonitas medical aid pathetic service. How did you register my chronic pmb condition and not register the physiian who prescribed the meds. Why did my PMB CHRONIC CONSULT come out of my day to day.. resulting in day to day being depleted and now i cant get my other meds. Can you re look at the claim paid from day to day and reverse to pmb. i dont understand how a script is approved without its prescriber being approved. Kindly rectify
