Poor service

Poor Service I've been a member with Bonitas since 2021 if not mistaken I've never experienced such bad services that I'm receiving right now the problem started when I added my spouse as she is my dependent Bonitas suspended my membership as the account holder and the paying member I'm in debt because you deducting 10 000 amonth. I was sick last month then call an ambulance which you authorised but didn't pay it also have hospital bill that I can't afford I'm sick and tired of the treatment that you gave me I want to cancel the medical aid
