Poor Service

I have a hospital plan.Went to hospital in November 2021. Hospital Got authorisation .I'm got a call to pay for xray,lancet and hospital. Called bonitas customer care.they want to me to get authorisation. I'm paying medical aid and have to pay this bills.no feedback. No customer care
