Poor service

<p>after being with Bonitas for over a decade my child was born on the 20th of May. I added her as a dependent. I am a municipal worker so my salary is directly debited to pay for the medical aid. I submitted a claim for doctors fees for Just over R17k and two months later I still have received any payment. Further to that I was told I was in arrears as I physically have to deposit the difference in cash into their account. After the query my medical aid was suspended. They owe me a large amount of cash and have the cheek to suspend my medical aid due to a clerical error on either my pay section or the system on how they collect funds. </p>
