Poor Service

I have been trying to get a Hospital Pre-Authorization for the whole week and requested to send supporting documents which i did sent more than 10 times to still be told emails cannot be found. in the process i was referred to more than 20 consultants who failed dismally to assist . the service from Bonitas is such a shame.
