Poor service

Hi. My name is Siphelele Im having a medical aid with bonitas on the 3 February 16 I was very sick then I go to the doctor and the doctor told me that my medical aid has been suspended and I was asking myself why because they deducted the money on the 1 of February 16 I called bonitas on dates day while I was on the doctors room they said they will rectify the issue and come back to me I waited until 13:15PM on the doctors room then I call again I got another her name is FAITH BENJAMIN and she send I must send a bank statements I go to the bank while I was feeling the pain very sick to get bank statement and I sent it but after that no help until I paid with my money to the doctor while I'm having a medical aid and the following day I called them again to claim that amount till now they didn't pay me as they just send me the reference of that claim 050216QLXRR3. <br> <br> So im advising people who use bonitas to be aware of this or anyone who want to join bonitas.<br> <br> Thank you
