Poor response to questions.

1) The website is terrible. 2) They don't give answers to questions. 3) They don't allow one to reply to their notifications. 4)They give a ref. No. with their notification of receipt of an e-mail but cannot trace your query from that number. 5)I have several questions which I have asked over the past 4 months, and only 1or 2 partial answers. The one question which I asked, was answered by reference to another question, the answer given, having already been answered in another e-mail.
