Poor response from Bonitas!
I am trying for a week to get information on the Back and Neck careplan. I have whatsapped and sent several emails.I am in pain and need medical attention and have even marked emails URGENT. As a member for many years my contributins run into hundred of thousand rands. For their claim that they are the best medical aid, this is pathetic and very disappointing!
