Poor poor service

I just received feedback via email that even though I was not told about the form I needed to complete to put me on the correct income bracket, my request to backdate the contribution adjustment was declined. Ref 170823QSTZGH - - *** please cancel the medical aid as from 1 June as a non starter and refund the 1300 which I paid. I'm unemployed and cannot afford to pay the R3000 that you guys put me on. I expect a response soon since Noone from bonitas can call a client and written communication is all I get. After I was told they going to review my complaint I now got a email it was declined without any explanation why.
