Poor Poor Service by Bonitas
Service is poor, been waiting for my savings refund since May5th, I've submitted all that was required, still nothing, I've been following up weekly, still nothing, the agents keep saying they've escalated the issue or are trying to get hold of team leader without any luck. other times I'm provided with invalid email address or reference numbers, this is very disturbing as refund is small compared to emergency claim, I wonder what would have happened if it was an emergency :( , I'm glad I'm no longer a member
Some of the agents name I've spoken to are (Tebogo, Lesego, Mutsharini)
I was kept on hold for more than 20 minutes by Tebogo
