POOR POOR POOR POOR

I am writing this purely as a warning to people as I joined this scheme in Dec and unfortunately had a serious issue and defaulted on payments, I accept that medical aid was cancelled. No complaints or arguments there, I then send many emails asking to resolve it and get ****** all back, I then get two different emails one saying I must pay the arrears the other saying I must send new application so then I call and they say no send new application. which I do and I am then told to make the date starting in March. So I do so, I am told there is no reason to pay past as no claims made or anything. so I ask what under-writing will there be I am told the \same\" so I assume that there is none as there were none previously, now I speak to an annoying agent who kept giving me different information and said I can't use medical aid. I asked why NO ONE bothered to tell me this and she said well we post it, but there no explanations to why under-writting now in affect. My frustration is the LACK of communication and now I have to wait till JUNE to use this stupid so called service you provide or in your case don't provide. So now my fiance is going to have to go to jhb general THX! "
