Poor patient customer service

It so sad an disappointing that they dont want to pay for my son for general anesthetic to have his teeth removed. Im on the bonitas primary option. My son is autistic an on meds an is not able to sit in a dental room chair. The medical aid is only willing to pay for an anaethist to com to the dental rooms but they not waying the risks involved like bleeding or god forbids he stops breathing. The dental rooms is not equipped to deal with scenarios like in my sons case. His constant pain from the broken tooth. To see him in pain breaks my heart knowing his a special needs kid. I even gav a letter from the paeds neuro to no avail. So sad yet exorbitant fees are paid end of the month.
