Poor or non service from Bonitas Medical Fund
I have been with Bonitas for many years and a very loyal customer. Trying to add on or put on new members seems to be impossible. Almost 2 Months now after applying not even a reply or reason why not been added to the scheme. So I would advise the people out there rather look for a alternative medical scheme when looking for medical insurance.
