Poor Medical aid service

Ive been attending back and neck Clinic as i im having a back and stiff neck problem.The Doctor reffered me to Physician as i was having a problem with chest pain on my left chest.The Doctor did tests and write the motivation saying i should go for breast reduction as im having very huge breast.The back and neck Doctor advised as well and motivated that i will never get better bacause i have a huge breasts that is affecting my back.I sent the motivations of Doctors to Medical Aid.My case was reffered to Bonitas Special cases and they contacted me to send the required papers.They also wanted to know about my financial status so i sent IT34 from SARS ,banks statements,payslips they also requested motivation from Plastic Surgeon and Anesthesist Motivation and quotes,ICD codes,Hospital Authorisation.Everything was sent and after a week they sent me declining email with no explanation.I appealed wanting reasons.After a week they sent me an email saying because of my weight and BMI they cant approve due to BMI and should i loose weight i must re apply shoul i loose weigt.My question is why treating Doctors didnt advice me or mention my weight as a problem?Now ive re appealed and mention to them that my 13year old Daughter is wearing C cup bra at her age.Im from obese very healthy family with no chronic diseases.Kindly help as i havent had from them and when you call the Specialcases Department for explanation from the Team,im told at Bonitas they cannot transfer me to that Special cases Department due to some reasons.Kindly help i really need this procedure as it will change my life.Im earning low salary and paying R2000+ for my Medical aid.I cannot live without Medical aid because i need a medication even thou i dont know what strong pain ****ers are doing to my body as some of them are no longer working.Im still very young to live with pain medication because of my back.My Medical aid savings dont last as im using them for strong prescibed pain ****ers.I also have bra bruises because of wearing a bra and sports bra size H if not G bra cup at once.
