Poor medical aid administration
Bonitas is refusing to refund me when 1 of their service providers demanded cash now I can't be refunded while I have provided my banking details and I have a confirmation email that my banking details were provided and date of payment was the 29th of December 2023 ,today is the 3rd ,they are making demands ,what a useless Medical aid and I will change to another 1 as soon as I get an opportunity.
