Poor delivery of client service
Unacceptable Poor customer service and experience. I have been requesting my medical aid card since inception and kept being told that it will be delivered. To date I have still not received it!!! They keep telling me it will be delivered. WHO DELIVERS A MEDICAL AID CARD TO A WORK Psychical ADDRESS???? I HAVE REQUESTED FOR IT TO BE COURIERED AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO HAVE IT SENT. IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY CARD I WILL REFER THIS MATTER FURTHER TO THE OMBUDSMAN. MAYBE THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A SERVICE ACCORDING TO YOUR POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I WAS NOT ABLE TO CLAIM FOR MY FIRST COVID INJECTION BECAUSE I DID NIT HAVE A CARD. THE SECOND VACCINE IM NOT EVEN SURE HOW THEY TRACED IT. YOUR POOR SERVICE IS NOW EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! YOU HAVE ALL MY DETAILS, SO THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY REASON FOR YOU TO CONTACT ME. JUSt HAVE NY CARD DELIVERED TO ME.
