Poor customer services

Gosh they dont pay for xrays in full. Then when we pay they take out the damn co payment part which they dont pay for. Its like theft under false pretences. I was with sizwe my son needed mri no co payment on a lower option than what i am with bonitas. Sizwe paid the whole amount of R18 000. Never rob. Its shame for a so called number leading med aid. An it to add salt to the wound my husband is going for a procedure at a network hospital an they want co payment of R2000. Its sad sad an disappointing.
