Poor customer service & query resolution

At this point Bonitas should just decide whether they want to pay me back or not instead of constantly saying they have escalated the matter and it shall be solved within a week, then a week later there’s no reponse from them nor any communication whatsoever.

I have submitted the supporting documents numerous times, I have been on the phone with them numerous times over one claim, I have written them numerous emails and received numerous reference numbers.

How is it that a claim gets rejected yet the benefits have never been used? Prior to consulting with the specialist I made a call to Bonitas to enquire on what the correct procedure is and they advised accordingly, yet when I submit a claim they reject it? Mind you I have never missed a payment not even once

Bonitas is a nonsense medical aid, their customer service is trash.
