Poor customer service from Bonitas
Bonitas is a useless medical aid. They do assist you with your queries. When you follow up on your queries, the consultant informs you that the status thereof is "closed". At that stage i did not receive any feedback from them and then i have to re-submit another query and wait another 3-5 business days.
When i lay complaint i informed that i must re-submit all my queries to them and they will follow up.
