Poor customer service
Bonitas has the worst customer service. The whatsapp customer shouldn't even exist, on two occasions I've spent hooouurs waiting in queue to from number 7 to "conversation timed out" clearly their agents have no interest in assisting their clients and have a total disregard for our time. I honestly regret switching from Momentum.
