Poor customer service

I have requested a tax certificate from bonitas for more than 2 months and still. Have not received it as yet I initially email them on the 28th of July 2026 ticket number 231124 and received a message a response within 5 bussiness days however it's been more than that and I am yet to receive the required document I called the contact Centre on the number provided to me via what's app and was advised 3-5 bussiness days and stil have not received the tax certificate
