Poor communication
Poor communication. Time is at stake for an authorisation, and every time I call to confirm if they received the documents they asked for the last time, I only then find out that I need to send something else. With no notification or call back, I have to call every time and listen to the almost 3 minute robot routing before speaking to a different consultant.
