Poor client service, general unhelpfulness, don't care to effectively assist expectant mothers.

I've found Bonitas to be so unhelpful during my pregnancy. I contacted them with a simple question of whether I will have a co-payment if I deliver my baby at Linkwood maternity Clinic. I received three different answers from three different client services reps. I then contacted them to tell me if they will cover the costs of the midwife using procedure codes that the midwife gives to every single client, Bonitas tells me the codes don't exist, despire the midwife using those codes every day with many medical aids without a problem. Bonitas can't offer any help on getting the right codes etc. How difficult can it be to get to a point where you as the client know whether you'll be covered or not? How difficult can it be for Bonitas client services to know what they are doing and give the correct, consistent answer?

Bonitas is making this pregnancy a lot more stressful than it should be and they claim to care about expecting mothers. I beg to differ.
