Poor benefits structure
I've been with this fund for more than 10 years and only to find out now that even if you visit the doctors they recommend your still have to pay for your medication from your day to day benefits even if the doctor him or herself provides it. I pay almost R10000 monthly for me and my family but I have no day to day benefits left for this year!! Whilst I am still obliged to pay the monthly fee for the next 5 months but cannot get medication for my family illnesses.
