Poor and mislead

Before moving from my dads medical aid to my very own, being a proud young undependable woman. I was informed that Bonitas will cover me for various things, namely wisdom teeth removed in theater and also for a rainy day being admitted to hospital.<br> As fate would have it, my wisdom teeth should have been taken out last year July. With great sadness I had to pay every cent out of my own pocket and still get it done in the consultation room.This year I have no other option than being admitted to hospital for a procedure which yet again the medical aid declined authorization. I had two different doctors try and help so that I just don't have to go to theater but with no luck, hospital admission is my last outcome. <br> It is with great regret that I say I am very dissapointed in trusting Bonitas to give me piece of mind that I will be covered for those important things and now have to pay everything myself which we all know, medical service doesn't come cheap. Mislead promises of medical cover and insuffecient service. I will be leaving Bonitas and joining another medical aid cause I am paying contribution every month, and for what, they don't even pay for subscribed medicine. DISSAPOINTED
