Several Reference numbers Paid in difference on the 12th after an sms. Send the proof of payment Followed up many times. Used over R500 of personal airtime trying to sort it out by cell phone Membership suspended on the 16th of February The WORST administration in the history of medical aids Furthermore my Chronic medication for cholesterol which i have been using for over 20 years suddenly not approved.
