Poor administration
Medscheme really does not seems to communicate or care about customers. There are at least a week delay in them responding to any e mails or calls. And then you realise you are on two different medical aids????? Hows that for competence. Bonitas is good but Medscheme as the administrator makes it an overall awefull experience
