Dear Bonitas Customer Services / Management,

I'm escalating my complaint about the extremely poor service, lack of communication, delayed payment/refund process, and unprofessional treatment I have experienced from Bonitas.

For several days, I have been contacting Bonitas to seek assistance and clarity regarding my outstanding refund/payment.

I called today, and another lady explained to me that there is a backlog that was not even communicated to me. Since April 20, I have not even received any communication from Bonitas. How long should we wait to receive our savings refund
